If Your vehicle is being serviced by Us, Our right to repair Your vehicle during this rental is considered the rental fee. You agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You authorize Us to process a credit/debit card voucher in Your name for all charges due under this Agreement. Customer will fill the fuel tank at the indicated level before return of the Vehicle. Failure to refill the tank will result in a charge of $20.00 per quarter tank of fuel. Customer is responsible for lost car keys, lockout situations, electronic keys, remotes, and programming.
